State of Confusion
"Troubled state college UMass Dartmouth got some national publicity last week, but not of the favorable variety.
Locally the school's long been the butt of jokes, given the its chancellor is a former babysitter for Billy Bulger's children, and the fact that the schools 120,000 a year associate chancellor's most advanced degree is her high school diploma.
Now Jay Leno has shown off the cover of the school's commencement program, on which Massachusetts is misspelled "Massachusets."
Well, Jay, as a former resident of the commonwealth, surely you weren't expecting literacy, were you?"
